A surveyor has staked out where the footers will be poured. A temporary electric meter has been installed, but there is currently no power to the box. The permit box is in place.

The port-a-potty has been delivered. Let the building begin.
April 17–Preparing to clear the lot
Trees have been marked in preparation for lot clearing. White ribbons mark the area where all trees will be removed. Trees with orange ribbons will be saved if at all possible.
