September 22–Worker bees
September 14–Big changes in the past week
Returned from a week in VA to find much progress outside.
With tropical storm remnants from Harvey and Irma passing through, it’s been pretty rainy for nearly 10 days. There is still water seeping into the crawl space, but gutter installation should solve this problem.

Meanwhile, on the inside, insulation is complete.
The gap in the exterior wall of the sunroom has been fixed, and the master closet door opening has been reframed to the correct size.
September 6–Inside work resumes
August 31–Now we can continue
August 26–Please hold…
Interior work has stopped until the electrical and plumbing inspections are done. In the meantime, they are piddling with some outside work, like installing the metal accent roofing above the garage. Materials for the soffits along the eaves are waiting in the garage.
August 19–Rough-ins complete
The garage floor has cured and is now covered.

Plumbing and electrical rough-ins are complete. See video tours of house and crawl space on CD for more detailed visuals on exact location of wires and pipes within walls/ceiling.
August 15–Concrete, doors, crawl space
Garage floor and front porch have been poured.
Pocket doors and crawl space door have been delivered and await installation.
Preview of plumbing running through crawl space (nothing is currently intruding in the space where your concrete pad was poured).
August 10–Countertop & backsplash
August 3–Progress inside and out
The roof is complete!
Electrical rough-ins continue…
